About: When we laid out all of our work in front of the school instructor in the portfolio class, he said: “It looks like it’s coming from a lot of different creatives, instead of a team of two.” Oh, that’s good. We think. Then hiring just the two of us would be like hiring a lot of different creatives — we could totally sell this! And that’s the beginning of this portfolio idea. We created twelve unique creative characters for the twelve ideas we have, with twelve different combinations of our appearance, personalities and life experiences. These are just twelve of the many sides of this multi-faceted team. A Chinese girl and a Brazilian guy. We came from opposite sides of the globe, and two extremes on the cultural spectrum. We are such different people that how we became a team is a mystery to ourselves too. But it’s precisely this vast contrast that gives diversity to the ideas we create together. This team has survived 1 year of Miami Ad School Hamburg, and 9 months of an internship journey around the world together — from Ogilvy & Mather Tokyo, to BETC Paris, and then to DDB New York. We are really excited to see where in the world is going to open arms for us next.
